Blue Kuna Smokehouse in downtown Plymouth slow-smokes brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chef-driven specials over kiln-dried cherry, apple, and oak, pairing them with vegan, gluten-free, small-batch sauces and rubs honed over nearly a decade.
Before the smokehouse opened
Blue Kuna sauces and rubs were on shelves across Michigan, in more than 40 stores, giving home cooks the same bold flavors now used on the restaurant’s meats.
The smokehouse is the natural next chapter- where the spice rubs, vegan-friendly sauces, and kiln-dried smoke meet a brick-and-mortar kitchen in the town where it all started.
