Catering Cancellations:

Due to our highly limited catering availability and the time required for slow-smoked barbecue, all cancellations are subject to the following terms:

14+ Days Notice: 100% Full Refund.
​7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% Refund.
​Under 7 Days Notice: Non-Refundable.

How to Cancel an Order:

Whether you ordered online or in person, please call the smokehouse directly at (734) 228‑6914 to request a cancellation, or visit the smokehouse during normal business hours. Please have your Square order number or receipt ready so we can quickly locate your order and process any applicable refunds according to the timeline above.

Order Modifications & Additions:

To maintain the integrity of our smoking schedule and meat sourcing, our set catering packages are expertly portioned and cannot be downsized, swapped, or substituted once booked online.

However, we know guest lists can grow! You are always welcome to expand your feast by adding to an existing order. All additions must be requested, confirmed, and paid for at least 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
