Limited Availability

We offer five catering slots per week (Thursday–Sunday) for online orders. You can schedule your pickup between 14 and 90 days in advance. Once a slot is booked, it’s gone.

14-Day Standard

We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for all online catering orders. This ensures the pits are primed and the meat is prepped to the Chef’s exact standards.

Locked-In Perfection

Our online catering packages are expertly built to balance meats and sides perfectly. Packages are set and cannot be modified—but you can easily add extra meats, sides, or sauce to any order.

Pickup Only

All orders are paid in full at checkout and packed hot for your scheduled time. Pickups happen exclusively at our downtown Plymouth smokehouse.
