Great barbecue cannot be rushed. To ensure your order gets the time and attention it deserves in the smokers, we request 7 days' notice for gatherings up to 25 guests, and 14 days' notice for groups of 26 or more.
Every order is cooked out of the Plymouth smokehouse over kiln‑dried cherry, apple, and oak, so your guests get the same barbecue you’d eat in the restaurant.
